01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AHA Match AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

02Services & global availability

AHA Match AI provides AI-driven resume analysis, job-to-resume matching, skill-gap identification, cover-letter drafting, application tracking, a Chrome extension for application auto-fill, and related services (the “Services”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect at any time without prior notice.

The Services are designed for a global audience of software and technology applicants. They are not restricted to any one country, state, or jurisdiction. By using the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in the United States, where our servers and company operations are located, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AHA Match AI. By using the Services you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

04Account creation & security

To access most features, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

05User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit through the Services — resumes, job descriptions, and other personal data. You must ensure the information is accurate, complete, lawful, and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or to resell the Services without our written permission.

06Subscription & billing

Pro plans are sold on a monthly recurring basis at $14 USD per month during our launch pricing window (introductory price for the first 1,000 founding-member subscribers, locked for the life of their subscription); the regular price after the launch window is $19 USD per month. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all purchases. They handle payment processing, billing receipts, customer-facing invoices, and tax calculation and remittance on our behalf. Your card statement will show a charge from Lemon Squeezy, not Artmac Soft LLC. By starting a Pro subscription you authorize us, through Lemon Squeezy, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

Prices are shown in USD and do not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, or other regional taxes), which Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record calculates, collects, and remits at checkout based on your billing address. Your subscription automatically renews each month. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email before any price change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

If a scheduled payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry per its standard dunning schedule. If the payment ultimately cannot be collected, your subscription status will be marked past due and Pro feature access may be suspended until the balance is resolved. 07Free trial

New accounts automatically receive a 14-day Pro trial at signup. No payment method is required to begin the trial. The trial grants full Pro feature access for 14 days. It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — when the 14 days end, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you have actively upgraded to Pro. Your uploaded resumes, profile data, and tracker entries remain intact after the trial ends.

08Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing page or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from the same page. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid billing period; you retain full Pro access until that date, after which your account converts to the Free plan. Your data (resumes, profiles, tracker entries, saved jobs) remains intact after downgrade.

09Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Pro, you may request a full refund of your first paid charge within 14 days of that charge. Email [email protected] with your account email and the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. We will process the refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After the 14-day window, charges for completed billing periods are non-refundable. Exceptions we will honor even outside the 14-day window:

• Accidental duplicate charges on the same payment method in the same billing cycle.
• Continuous service outages exceeding 72 hours in a single billing cycle, where the outage is attributable to our infrastructure (not a user-side or regional ISP issue).
• Refunds required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellation are not issued; however, you retain access for the full paid period.

10Privacy and data usage

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information (including payment-related data handled by Lemon Squeezy). By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described there.

11Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, graphics, logos, software — is the property of Artmac Soft LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The match scores, analyses, and cover-letter drafts we generate for you belong to you — you may use them freely for your own job search.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHA Match AI and Artmac Soft LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including any loss of data, profits, or employment opportunities. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. Our total aggregate liability in any matter is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artmac Soft LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or otherwise posed a risk to the Services or other users. Upon termination, your access ends immediately; refund eligibility is governed by §09 above.

15Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, USA, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer-protection rights under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence.

16Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
